AquaTex impregnation spray is a good solution when you want to refresh the water-repellent effect on smaller areas of your awning. The spray is suitable for seams, joints and places where you want precise application.

Over time, the protection of the awning fabric can be weakened by use, wind, weather and cleaning. This can mean that certain areas no longer repel water as effectively as before. AquaTex spray can quickly be used on selected areas without impregnating the whole awning.

The spray is easy to keep in your caravan or motorhome, so you can quickly treat smaller areas if needed during the season. AquaTex can also be used if the awning is difficult to pull through the awning rail. Simply spray along the awning rail, so the awning slides more easily into place. If you need to impregnate larger surfaces or the whole awning, AquaTex is also available as a liquid impregnation treatment in 1 L, 2.5 L and 5 L.

How to use AquaTex: For the best effect, the awning must be completely clean and dry before impregnation. Brush or vacuum the awning fabric while it is dry, then wipe the fabric with a damp cloth. For more thorough cleaning, we recommend using a suitable cleaning product for awnings. Spray AquaTex in an even layer on the area to be treated. Avoid spraying the windows – and wipe them immediately if impregnation gets on them. Always allow the material to dry completely before folding the awning away. AquaTex is fully cured after approx. 1.5 hours at 20 °C.

Note: Pressurised container. May burst if heated. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and direct sunlight. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Store tightly closed and cool above 0 °C and do not expose to temperatures above 50 °C.
